I knew you'd finally do something for me if I waited long enough!

Wait, you have done stuff for me ... but not in the last couple of weeks. hm

What is your request Master?  I am here to serve...

Even though your focus is on the 50's issues, what do you think of the early wartime issues?

This is the only complete precode issue of the series I have a copy of, and it's a great one.  Last 76 pager, with stories by both Toth (a Danger Trail inventory piece) and Kubert.

#7 is the BEST cover of the entire run, no matter what Sqeggs thinks...

These OO copies are great, Rick. Anyone might think they were bronze age issues, they look so fresh.

You know earlier I asked why there weren't many copies. This cover explains it; no one bought them!!

56 should have probably been designated a “classic” cover ? hm

Gotta say one thing for this series; Batman, Robin and Superman sure seem to be spending a lot of time hanging with the ladies during this era. Doesn't look like a whole lot of super heroing was getting done!

Clearly it was mid-life crisis time; but what's Robin's excuse?

I wonder why DC didn't get the idea of putting them together in the same story until #71...
