9.0/9.2 due to color breaking ticks on the spine.

Even more interesting is what appears to be a production error on the back, towards the bottom, with the ink running. My understanding is that a production error like this should not be factored against the book. But this is something outside my level of expertise, so a more experienced eye should probably take a look at it.

I'd say it's in the 8.5 to 9.2 range at the highest. I don't believe that CGC counts production errors in even the highest grades. I have a first Power Girl appearance that graded out as a 9.8 despite a common production error on the back cover. Same with a few copies of Avenging Spider Man 9. Production errors didn't keep either book from hitting 9.6. Just as a few examples. Nice looking book!!!

I'd say a 9.0.  One of those books which doesn't have the seemingly insignificant wear of an 8.5 but has too many spine ticks to be a 9.2.

agreed. Likely 9.0. 9.2 on a good day

8.5 for me. Multiple colour breaking stress mark on spine (I can see 5 on FC). BC shows additional stress towards the top of the spine.

I think that the ink stain on the BC is production related so no impact on grade.
