Key comments on labels 0

I have recently started collecting graded books and note that key comments on the label appear to be missing on some.  Does anyone please know when they started to include comments?

It varies by book. They add, remove and change them all the time.

But don't worry about it. CGC's issue notes are irrelevant, even if they are actually accurate.

All new comics have artist credits. Unless it is known or proven, vintage books may not have credits. Reprint books will not have credits short of cover artist if it's new to the comic book world. Key comments themselves usually only have important facts about the comic book like 1st appearances, death of character, special event, etc.
