ebay long ago demonstrated (to me anyway) that they don't give a *&$% about shill bidding. i've written them numerous times when the evidence was as plain as this, and absolutely no response, and the seller/shiller continue. the only accounts they mess with are the ones they fear are costing them their commission, like folks who make deals outside of the bay.
