Hulk 181 Counterfeit Copy 0

Few weeks back I was in one of my LCS's. On the counter was a Hulk 181, but there acting like it was junk. So I took a closer 
look and saw this. Sorry for bad pics.

I won't buy any counterfeit copy unless it is at minimum 9.0 with white pages.... it's important to have standards.

What I found interesting about it is where the origin of this technique came from according to this site.

why is it encapsulated?

At the very least make the wording "counterfeit copy" in HUGE letters on the front.

Agreed.  Instead of "Incredible Hulk #181" at the top, it should just be graded as "Counterfeit Copy 6.0".  Then in the summary it should say something like "re-tells story of Incredible Hulk 181"

I couldn't except the pgx label states such, how they determined it idk but good for them I guess.

In all fairness - i believe CGC grades the counterfeit copies of TMNT 1 - which people actually target and collect.

I think there is a counterfeit Cerebus 1 in a CGC slab.

And the author is not very happy about the fact that CGC grades and encapsulates counterfeits. In all fairness, having a counterfeit in a CGC slab does seem wrong.

Read further down the posts. CGC grades counterfeits all the time and they do not use HUGE letters either.
