Know of any links that review the actual story?

Regarding Moore, I think it's safe to say he wasn't necessarily treated fairly in regards to creative rights, but Moore is also a self-admitted individual_without_enough_empathy who is difficult to work with.

Wether or not Moore is a jerk doesn't matter in regards to how D.C. Has continued to expoilt Watchmen.  The four parts of that article do a good job summing it up.

I might be missing it but the article says they won't be covering Doomsday Clock.

Picked up the shiny version (for 6 damn dollars! Insanity!) last Wednesday and finally read it yesterday. I generally object to the idea of Watchmen being cheapened like this, but since it's well underway, why resist? The first issue was fine. I liked Gary Frank's art.

I picked up both the midnight variant and the lenticular cover. Read it over the weekend, I thought it was pretty good. If Johns can keep it up, I think Doomsday clock can be fairly well accepted sequel to the Watchmen...but let's be honest it will never be the real sequel due to the lack of involvement from Moore and Gibbons.
