Please help ID Howard Porter 1997 BATMAN piece 1 1

Hi guys,

I got this nice looking Howard Porter BATMAN piece from 1997
and I was hoping to gather some information about it:

I have no idea if it was published anywhere or if it was "just" a fan commission.
Any bit of info would be appreciated !

Howard Porter has responded me on Tweeter, here's his response:
'oh wow, I have no memory of this. I would guess it was for a commission
of some sort, or fun? I don't think it was printed'.

Even if it's 'just' a commission, I think it's a super cool piece, as I haven't seen many finished,
detailed commissions by him from that era (plenty of nice rougher sketches out there though).
