Isn't it weird that folks can parse all of that information and come to such varying conclusions,

and yet The Houston Astros are still World Champions!

I guess even though the championship is disputed only by Americans and Canadians (?), the winning team can in essence be considered the world's best as I don't think any country in the world has the level to compare.

So congrats to the Houston Astros, the Best in the World !

The Exciting is lower grade than I'd eventually like, but as most of you know, this one doesn't come up for sale very often.  Figured I better go all out just to get one in the collection!  The other 2 speak for themselves I would think.

I salute you on the Rangers 26 

2017 has been an amazing year as far as purchases for me. I’m going to define “pickups” as things I plan on keeping and only in comic book genre, not comic strips. I would put my Amazing Fantasy 15 on here too, but will keep it to gold. 

These will be my top 3 for now. I had a Cinderella Love 25 in here but I really like that Okajima camp book so I switched them out.

Found the original Matt Baker art I've been looking for. Next best thing to a Phantom Lady or nice St John romance piece. 

 

I really just learned about this story not long ago but have been obsessed since then of finding a great example of this pedigree.
