So  I don't have this in hand yet, it is still on its way from merry old England (it does have the 10p stamp on the front).  What I do know is that the centerfold is in tact.  Two of the interior pages have a small 1/4" tear as seen in the photos and on page has a small 1/2" crease.  I will be sending this off to be pressed.

Yep..... subscription creased comics otherwise ok almost always get a CGC 4.0

fingers crossed for a 4.0.  Subscription crease was always going to keep this in the mid to low grade.  Thanks everyone.
