Lost Sig Series Books, need help.

I got 3 books signed by Rob at Palm Springs Comic-Con through a dealer. I called them to find out what happened to the books and CGC said they can't find the invoice and the books are lost at CGC. The dealer said they can see the books were graded but never shipped to them as  they could not see the grade. CGC has already offered a refund for the three books which has to be sent to dealer then to me. I have talked to many people and not one person has told them this has happened to them. I understand if they get lost to and from CGC, but losing them in house 3 books. Just wondering if they will ever even show up. Thanks for any input.
