Nope, this one.  No acknowledgement, response or payment from buying within 48 hours and he has been on.  I don't understand why people keep doing this and I hate that I actually had to put this exact stipulation in the rules because it has been happening so often with complete noobs all the way to "Seasoned Veterans" since I've been back on regularly.
