I dont understand the buyer, the bubble wrap markings on the slabs are not an issue at all and can usually be removed with some gentle cleaner. If I am the buyer I would keep the book since it was won at such good price. 

One time I received my hulk 181 in just plain plastic mailbag, needless to say  the slab was found with multiple cracks and scratches. The book was won through an Ebay auction at a reasonable market price. Luckily i kept the book because the value has almost double now. I had since reslabbed the book and its good as gold now.
