I tweeted Moebius art all year long and today she gave me this... She says that it is John Carter on Mars. A few more left to round out the collection. Not too difficult to find (but do need some elbow grease and one will to be patient to pick up a deal). IMO these 10" figs represent the small screens' best interpretation of the JLA to date , as an older collector, that's saying alot I think.
