Slab was received by me today freshly graded and encapsulated by the CGC. Nearly perfect wrap on this one - a rate feat for this issue. I am the original owner and submitter and this book was NOT pressed. As you can see from the included scan, according to the editor of Spawn, fewer than 400 copies of this book were released into the wild, easily making it one of the rarest Spawn variants published. According to the GPA, the 12-month average for this book is $1,637. With only two public sales in the past two years, there is no 90-day average available, although of the last five public sales, this book has hit $2,000 a total of three times. Book might pick up gas once the new Spawn movie gets closer to dropping. I will list my copy cheaper than you can get it anywhere. In many instances, it is also my belief that a majority of these comics could not be pressed into 9.8 territory, so if you're looking for ultra-high grade candidates, this is not the lot for you. Most of these books fall comfortably into the 9.0 - 9.4 range, some may be slightly above, some may be slightly below. As always, I will accept returns for any reason as long as the advertised conditions are met, but I'd rather not split hairs on this deal since they are priced so cheaply. If you want a specific issue's grade or a scan, I am willing to provide them on request before you buy. DESCRIPTION: Please note that this set contains a few duplicates. Also note that some of these issues, such as 201 and 202, are actually quite difficult to find in decent shape and actually demand a bit of a premium in the market.
