Okay, I have submitted several times in the past and have 16 books sitting in the mystery black hole at CGC under verified status.

Could someone provide a step by step process from receipt of books to grading to final shipping back to the owner?  Explain the most common submission choice chosen by regular members, not dealers.

Did you look at the CGC website ? They explain the whole process here....   https://www.cgccomics.com/grading/

Regarding the most common submission choice, that depends  mostly on the value of the books.  Again, read the CGC website........          https://www.cgccomics.com/submit/services-fees/
