I thought I remembered putting a tracking bid on that one, too. I know I look for them, because I have a copy and I don't see a bid on my list. That doesn't mean much because I may have confused it with the 4.5, I don't pay much attention to the list after the auction, I just write notes on my spreadsheet the next day.

I took a quick peek and quickly left the room without making a bid.  Nice books as usual but very strong prices for the books I watched.

I don’t think that was meant as a "girl shirt" in the ancient, atleantean like world in which probably the action is set.
Probably Everett was fashioning the characters looking at Flash Gordon rather than everyday wardrobes of 1938.

I bid up to a certain point. I wanted a nicer copy to match my art, but it did a lot better than I expected, congrats to the winner.
