If there is an unconditional posted (or communicated) it will trump all negotiations unless we have already both agreed to terms before the was posted. In that case, the will have been in vain. Except that it will give you street cred and look cool to passers by.

Returns: I am considered a very good grader among my peers ( Here is a link to my kudos thread ) but since even CGC is inconsistent I will not guarantee a CGC grade. I will guarantee to be within one grade increment in either direction - so if I am calling the book a 9.4 it could go 9.2 or 9.6. If it falls outside of those parameters (and it does happen that they go in both directions), I will offer a refund. But I don't expect anyone to complain if I undergraded it.

 

I will accept returns if item is otherwise not as described. Consider all books pressed.

Daredevil #7 CGC 9.4 OWW pages.

Extremely difficult to find in high grade, this is the toughest book of the run. This copy is fresh from a new collection, perfectly centered and has no glaring defects.

Cover colors are better in person than in the scan as my scanner tends to fade the cover in the new slabs because they sit higher off the glass. Photograph added to show deep cover inks.

There hasn't been a 9.4 sale that I know of in years but a 9.6 just sold for $33K in 2017. A 9.2 sold for $2345 2 years ago.

Roy, I think your scans are probably doing this book an injustice. The BC scan looks fine but the FC is very blurry. Maybe you should take a camera pic of the FC, if anything to show the colors. Great book, no slamming here, just saying.

Bob, I appreciate it.

The new slabs, because they are thicker hold the book higher up off the glass and therefore higher from the scanner lighting making the book look washed out. It's an unfortunate side effect of the new holder. It seems to happen to dark covers predominantly.

I did make mention of it in my listing.

In hand the inks look deeper and richer.

I'm going to have to find a new scanner I suppose.

A 9.2 is already at $2,626 with 9 days still to go on ComicLink's auction. Can see it hit 4-5K so your 9.4 is adequately priced imo.

Well, there's a footnote to that auction, it's the Fantucchio pedigree, that have been going for nearly 1.5 - 2x other comps in many cases.  Doesn't mean this price is wrong etc., just that the 9.2 at auction is no ordinary 9.2 -- the colors on it are exceptional and it's a white pager.  There's a 9.0 in the same C-Link auction.
