A well known manhattan shop i rarely frequest trying to find something not wildly overpriced and the owner is talking to someo e in the back area and it seems manhattan rentals have struck again. The store, which is much smaller than it once was, sound like it will need to close or move to a much smaller space nearby. I felt bad and wound up spending $15 on some back issues.
