Staples are firmly attached to centerfold but have a tiny amount of light rust. 3/4 inch tear middle back cover. Any responses appreciated.

minor tear on back along with slight rust on staples and including other issues on cover.... i believe 4.0     if not I think a 3.5 before 4.5

I'm looking at a book that appears to have a substantial spine roll based on how the pages splay out to the left when viewing the book. It has spine wear as well in the lower left as well as some ticks. It feels like the cover has rolled around to the back but it's not a miscentering initially.  There are some color breaks that are not crease breaks but more like punctures and there is the chipping. The corners are well worn. I don't see any staining beyond a bit near "famous Artist talent test" on the back but it does seem to have two tears on the back, neither large. It does have some staple rust.

3.0-3.5 Wonderful book to have in a collection.
