Okay---this next one---while not for everyone----is unique in many ways.  Small press, small print run, only two copies on census ever graded (both from my collection), and this is the highest of the two.   Signed by one of the more iconic artists in the indy world, and good luck  finding him unless you catch him at SPX every few years.

DEATH RATTLE #10 CGC 9.2 s/s Charles Burns - $225

Again, not for everyone but still a sought after artist.  Fans of his BLACK HOLE series will most likely appreciate this one.

Thor #340 CGC 9.8 s/s Walt Simonson - $95

From my personal collection, I picked this up when it originally came out in 1983---that was when I was buying 5 of everything.

Oddly enough, looking at census, there is just one copy in 9.8 s/s but there are three in 9.6
