For the books that you are posting stock scans of, you're violating Board rule #7

7. List scans or an estimated grade of the offered books (additional information giving the rationale for the grade is also beneficial and will help your sale - ESPECIALLY if you do not have a scan - but not required in the initial post).

I would think you need to post a grade guarantee (along the lines of what people do with pre-sales for con exclusives)

 

And you need to post your return policy, especially since you are selling books without scans or certain grades

11.  A return policy must be stated with any time limits indicated. It is acceptable to say "No time limit" and/or "No returns" and/or have time limits that vary by reason for return e.g. "30 day return for any reason. No time limit returns for "not as described'". But time limits must be stated.

And since you are selling books before they're in hand you should probably address that as well in terms of returns, or releases from purchase (like if some one "takes" a pre-sale book, but Diamond dings all your copies is the buyer still on the hook to buy regardless? Or will you find some way to fulfill the order from other vendors?)
