I'd be interested in some opinions.  The front and back covers have sun shadows (or is it dust shadows).  The front cover also has some minor bends or little folds at the top corner  and along the right edge.  Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance!!

It's got a stripe on it, so regardless as to what miracles a perfectly executed pressing may perform to knock out all other pressable defects (and this looks like it has several areas that would benefit from a press), 8.0 is probably the max it could make, unless from a pedigree collection. As is, it's a 7.0, mostly due to that beautiful spine. Should make 8.0 with the pressing service, with mostly all bends successfully negated.

And it's a beauty too! Look at those colors. Like a look 50 years into the past, they haven't muted or aged a day. Aside from the off-centered stacking in storage that produced that stripe it was kept in the perfect environment. The same type of perfect environment for paper that produces Pedigree book collections, there's not a trace of transparency of tone in that white background from off-gassing through time. This is the kind of book that will command a premium beyond the value of the technical grade at a show. You put 4 or 5, or maybe even a row of Silver age books up on your wall that pop like this one does, those snow-cover whites and blazing colors and you'll draw a crowd, they'll all be sold quickly. That's the best place to sell books that pop like this. On ebay, they just get lost in the sauce. At a show, up on a wall, they stand out like little beacons.
