I have a question once again, for you super-knowledgeable comic folk!

These measure 8 3/4" by 14" and are on heavy stock (kind of like a high grade construction paper). I have done numerous Google searches: William Black, Paragon Publishing, Fem Forever, combinations of the above...nothing but 1 mention on comic vine with no information. 

Any insight you may have on these would be very much appreciated. Where did they come from  (I'm thinking maybe a convention?), are there comics tied to these, etc.
