"Conserved" Question

This Young Allies is in fairly nice shape, except the cover had pulled thru at the one staple.  The tiny staple tear was sealed with a tiny piece of archival tape and the cover reattached.  The piece of tape is literally 1/8" by 1/2".

Will this get a Purple or a Conserved label?

I figure one of you guys knows the answer.
