i posted this way back but here it is again... when we were kids we made up our own words for the Addams family opening song..

and it went like this

(sung to the tune of The Addams Family, snap your fingers twice after each line)

 

the addams family started

 and uncle fester farted

the family is retarted

the addams family.....

(verse two)

their house looks like a museum

it smells like petrified bm

they all like to scream

Here'a little documentary on the TV show. I think it's well known that the characters didn't have names in the cartoon strips in the New Yorker.
