Wow, thanks for all the opinions guys (& gals)! Guess we'll find out in a few weeks when I report back, just shipped to CGC for standard grading today! If it grades out above a 3.0 then I got my money's worth

Top edge of the front cover should keep it out of 9.0 range.  I am in the 8.0 to 8.5 boat.

CGC is so lenient on this book. I would grade it 8.5 but it may get the 9.0 . BTW, nobody mentioned it, but that top staple is really protruding.

Looks like a pretty solid 9.0 to me.  I am not sure what these 7.0-8.0's are???

Back from the CGC, so many responses between 7.5 and 9.0 and the winner is....8.0 with white pages! I believe the scratch in the title and the little puncture are what brought the grade down. Wish I had subbed under my account to see the grading notes, regardless it looks amazing! Good job everyone that got it right! I appreciate everyone's time!
