GPA is tough for a 9.2 because last sale was December 2015 for $1711.  9.0 90-day is $1684 and 9.4 90-day is $2500 so I priced it on the lower side of half the difference.  Contact me with any questions and offers are always welcome, no matter how ridiculous!

I had actually repressed the memory of selling this book last year!  Went to a good home though.
