They wouldn't, but dealers buy the carfax reports to post.  It's a selling point.

Now I'm with you.  I always thought the buyer would have to get that.

It seems like it would be a rare occurrence when grader's notes would be a selling point.

If I saw that movie, it was 30 + years ago.  Certainly don't remember it. :sorry:
