There are two versions of this ring from 1939. One has "Action Comics" at the bottom and one has "Member" at the bottom. Both are quite rare. The hardest to find though is the "Action Comics" version. I have a "Member" version that I got MANY years ago and have seen about 8 or 9 since. Only just a couple of the other version. Value? Hard to say. I remember when this ring brought 20-30K. That ship has long sailed. It now goes for a very small fraction of that. This is a very nice one with full enamel I would suspect it is about the best known one I have ever seen. I guess when the Hakes auction closes we will know...
