Any idea who inked the page?   That bottom left corner doesn't look like Todd's inking.

I thought it was credited to McFarlane but it may be Rubenstein. I’ll check it out.

Any idea why Amazing spiderman on a DC comics board? I've seen it on another Amazing Siperman piece as well. I'm new to OA collecting, so I apologize if this is a silly question.

This isn't all that uncommon.  Artists often have extra art boards lying around from other projects and will sometimes use the wrong company's boards.  It's possible McFarlane didn't have enough Marvel art stock or maybe just picked the wrong one by accident.  I'm guessing he had extras from drawing Invasion or maybe from his run on Detective Comics.  I believe he used larger sized board for Infinity Inc, so this probably wasn't left over from that comic.
