X-Men #1 CGC 0.5 OW/W Pages Incomplete 0

I have this book on consignment from a local collector.  Fresh back from CGC about a week ago.  Page 12 is missing but it does not affect the story.  Also has a couple of staples added.  Last 2 GPA sales for a 0.5 incomplete are $1,200 and $1,500.  Asking price is down the middle at $1,349.00.
