So I bought this back in 2016 from a local seller I know. He had it graded at a what I believe was VG. I've been thinking about grading it and wondering if I should or get it cleaned/pressed and then sent in. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I'll guess a 4.5 (VG+) and I'm not sure if a press will do anything but flatten that bottom edge a little - not enough to change the grade, in my opinion.

Ehhhhh. Tough call, but the stain probably brings it to 4.5 - 5.0

That's a nice looking book with great colors, I bet it presents well in hand!  

I'm with the majority on this one, between the tear along the spine and the stain... 5.0. Still, very purdy....
