1.0 seems a touch harsh. Other than spine and lower corner issues, which are not nothing, it's a pretty decent copy. I'd say right on the edge of 1.5/1.8.

I think with the chunk out, the tape stains... spine split, etc. - despite the low grade eye appeal, on the 'technical' grade, I have to say Fair.
