I am putting together a group of books to send to CGC, but figured I'd offer up some of the ones I am thinking about selling here first. I know the books are not priced cheaply, I have no problem with keeping all of them.

 

Rules:
 

PayPal only please. Shipping is a flat $14 for slabs $7 for raw books (in the US only, sorry) unless stated otherwise, shipped in a USPS flat rate priority mail box for slabs.

Nobody from the lists. First  wins (including over PM discussions).

No returns unless I have overlooked something major, so please be sure before you purchase.

References: I don't have an official thread, bought I have bought plenty here and sold some too.

Black Hood #17 - 1.8 - Spine almost completely split. This is a really awesome book, still not sure I want to part with it, hence the high price.

Four Color #318 - 7.5 - Very attractive copy, most othe problems are some minor spine ticks. The indents on the back cover are almost invisible in hand.

Yankee Comics #2 - 4.5 - A very nice presenting copy due to the white cover, but there are a few full length creases and some small tears. Not a book you see everyday, and a really awesome splash page. A press might help.

Classic Comics 32 - 4.5/5.0 range - Chip off top right corner, chip along right side of FC. Presents very nicely for the grade IMO. One of my favorite Baker covers.

Four Favorites #20 - G/VG 3.0 - Avery nice book apart from spine issues. Top staple is mostly detached and spine is split down to the staple (see pics). Otherwise quite a sharp looking book.

Last GPA sale for a 3.0 was in 2016 for $321. There are only 8 copies on the CGC census. Take this book for $325
