Heritage Auctions has a few issues that they have sold in the past.  If you look up the historical sales data for them you can see the sold prices.   I believe they sell for about the same amount as the regular US run issues.   They are not as common though by any means.

I cant speak to the interior content.

While they have different issue numbers the books correspond to the US versions that match the cover art. 61-62-63-64

I also have the Canadian 72

As to value: they are a lot harder to find, they are worth about the same as the US counterparts.

I say yes based on the prices I have had to pay to acquire my copies.

A Canadian #1, around $200 for about a VG copy.

Similar price for a similar grade copy of 61-62-63-64.
