Is Cap #3 the Action #7 of it's title run ? 1 1

All I know is that Cap 3 has been on my want list for a long time, and now I'm kicking myself for not buying one while they were still affordable in high grade.

Cap 3 is awesome, Bucky tied up to a bomb by the Red Skull and a tied up woman agains't her will about to be shot into outer space...and here comes cap in the nick of time!  Amazing cover!

What's with the Marvel Magazine notation in the upper left hand corner of this issue ?  Never noticed that before in a GA Cap before.  I find that intriguing.

I think that design only ran for 3 issues (#60-62). Here’s my copy of #60 where it started but on the opposite side of the book before moving to the left side.

 

 

 

 

I think the fake peeled back thing always looked cool too.
