Power Rangers #25 Fried Pie variant 0

I cant find a single listing for this cover on ebay. It can't be that rare, but I don't know much about the fried pie variants. This book is doing well right now, so im not sure why a good looking (imho) variant wouldnt be selling. I'm thinking about picking one up from my lcs and was wondering if it's worth it ($12).

Any thoughts on this book specifically and fried pie variants in general?
