I've been buying/trading/selling comics for 30 years and still can't get a real handle on how CGC determines their grades. Personally, without the back cover damage I would have gone in the 3.5 to 4 range even with the tape pull. With the back cover I would say 2.5 to 3.5.

This is a nice book.

It doesn't look like a tape pull to me. I think it was a color loss/water damage. More likely GD+ 2.5 at worst.
