What is marvels First appearance of death? 0

I can't find a cgc graded book that actually says "first appearance of death " ...like cgc just wants to avoid that question

I think that is the best answer - that is the "version" of Death that Thanos loves, and is the one that is relevant to the Marvel Universe.  The War is Hell 9 version is more of the classic grim reaper.
