80s cartoon MASK movie coming - 1st app? 0

Paramount is planning on taking MASK to live action, with F Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton, Fast & Furious 8) directing.

Correct. September 85 was the first. Blue Devil 16, New Teen Titans 57, World's Finest 319 have it.

There were other titles that month that had the same preview.  I know Batman 387, Superman 411 and Green Lantern 192 also had it.  Could be more.  Not sure which one was actually released first though, but that could be figured out.

Wow, 6 so far. I’m guessing Blue Devil probably had the lowest print run of this bunch, while Batman has an almost relevant cover with that Black Mask storyline.
