Starting with Fantastic Four #52 - Unpressed

3.5 White pages stain on back cover top left (see scans and pics) creases which break color on cover and along spine. 1/4 inch tear near top of top staple on inner most 4 pages Some pressable creases on book. Cover has slight tears near staples but is still well attached (see pics) half inch dust shadow on back cover
