This looks pretty solid, but with the back cover tear, the spine wear, the small tears at the bottom staple, the light grease pencil to the front cover and the tan edges on the cover, my best guess is 5.0 -5.5.

Yeah, the BC tear will hurt. I'd guess 5.5, maybe squeaks out a 6.0. Nice one!

I have the same issue being auctioned. MyGrade is 1.5. Looks like yours is a minimim 4.5. Go to www.mycomicshop.com, and input the title and# and see for yourself. Look through their title grades. They are spot on. I tend to agree with their grading. Got mine in a box of comics for $50. Total value was $6,500. Cha-ching!
