Jessie actually got his eye removed by God.  SOK just happens to have his guns out (typical).

AWESOME page, nonetheless. Good luck to the seller :golfclap:

I was looking at this one. I noticed it's on "Crimelab" studios paper. That's Danny Miki's outfit. The credits only list Joey Q as the artist.

I love Danny's inks so that's not a problem, but I am going to dig around for some clarification on if it's all Joey Q or if Danny inked, etc.

It’ll be close, but I’ll take the under.

I’m going to take the over but agree it will be close.   I think it’s one of the best McFarlane ASM covers image wise.   Gene had mentioned some enticing offers on 299 so maybe the market for them is picking back up

Is that the McSpidey cover that was held hostage after it "sold" but wasn't paid for ?

Glad to see the owner got it back.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was Joe Q blueline with Miki inks being the only thing on the paper.

311 is one of the best of the McFarlane Spidey covers.  I think it will be close to 100K, but I'll take the under.

What did the Lizard cover sell for a few years ago?

That's the one.  313.   Looks like it was 71,200.

I was thinking it was in the lower 60's.  I'm changing my mind and taking the over.   I'll say 106K

Prices on the Art Adams items have started off quite strong.  So has the Barreto DC Comics presents cover.

Bagley art has started off rather slowly, although there are some nice pieces in this auction.

the Brunner offerings are also off to a nice start.  man, who would have thought that folks will pay $8-10K for a HTD page in 2018!

There’s also a really nice Ernie Chan MoKF cover flying under the radar ?

Seems like there have been several Bagley pages in each of the last few auctions. I wonder if it's one collector slowly letting go of their stash? Suppose it could just be a coincidence, of course.

Nothing much for me in this go round, so I'll just be a spectator. For what it's worth, I feel that the McFarlane Spidey will definitely cross the $100k mark. Just seems to be the way the market is going on "big" pieces these days, up and up! I think the estimates above of $103 to $106 seem right on.
