Please grade my Menace 10 0

Not sure how well the scans show it, but along the right side there is some staining in the stone.  I love this book, just not sure where to put the grade.

Cool book ! I am bothered by an area in the middle of the top edge, Front Cover. It looks like that area was recently scraped, maybe to remove CT. The area scraped looks very fresh and white, not vintage. Now, looking at the Back cover I see some green bleed. As I cannot see the top of the book, the green may be overspray but I am suspicous the area had CT.

As I look at the top of the book, I see green on the fc, the actual comic, and then the bc.  I hope I didn't get a touched book  

It doesn't look like spray, more like a marker
