probably not worth grading because with patience you can find this issue for sale already graded relatively cheap....

I've seen books in Near Mint condition with pencil writing like that---not a factor due to the unobtrusive placement. Personally, I wouldn't pay to have it cleaned or graded...it's nice just the way it is, IMO.

The browning stain along the spine, the writing, along with the issues with the book's corners and the spin tears/stress lines make me see it as a fiver.

I'd be interested to see what CGC would grade that much dust shadows but it definetely would not be worth it get it graded.  I'm thinking 5.5 but I think CGC doesn't hammer shadows very much.
