Main issue is tape along spine  otherwise it's a nice copy.

According to Overstreet the tape brings it down to a 3.0. CGC might "qualify" it and go a bit higher.

I think without the tape, it may have been a 5.0 but the tape hurts, I will say a 3.0 as well, but I am a Newb

Fairly big crease(s) running from right side FC to the area above the "A" in the word Annual; I'd say somewhere between a 2.5-3.5.

I don't think CGC would use a qualified designation on this as there are multiple other errors. I would say 2.5 as there is a lot of tape on both covers.
