Amazing Spider-man 323 Production tear

Looking for opinions on how small tears like at the bottom of the back cover here, which I recall to be common on books in the '80s, will affect the end grade for this book if submitted. Also, is it correct to call this a bindery tear, or if that pretty much only used for corners. Should I call this a production tear?

Looking at the actual book, it doesn't appear to be a tear from damage but more a production flaw. That would still put it at 9.2?

It would. If you take a look at the back cover you will see several dings in the spine. And while they may not break color on the front cover they are quite evident here. These things must be taken into account.
