10pt Grading Scale and Overstreet Value

Hello, all - Id love to hear people's perspective on how they relate the 10pt grading scale and Overstreet Value.

I've been using ComicBase as a means to catalog and valuate my collection. They equate a percentage value to each grade within the 10pt scale.

Using CGC as example, they list 8.0/VF as 100% of the value of the comic. Anything above 8.0 scales above 100% (8.5/VF+ is 110%).

Now understanding that the market will ultimately dictate the 'value' do others have a similar system they use?

The last Overstreet I have has the maximum value listed at 9.2/NM- does that mean I should think of 9.2 as 100%?

Hopefully this make sense to folks. I'm really just hoping to create a somewhat normalized baseline (which may not be possible :)

Yours in comics!
