Please Help! - "The certification number you specified was not found in our cert database." 0

I bought Detective Comics #298 CGC Universal Grade 4.0 with certification number 1419854005 but when I put the certification number in the registry I get a message that says, "The certification number you specified was not found in our cert database."

It's definitely not a counterfeit CGC. Can anyone help me fix this problem so I can register my comic?

I am getting several "The certification number you specified was not found in our cert database" messages as I attempt to build my Outsiders (1985) set.  I initially had the same problem with Outsiders issue 2, but after two unsuccessful tries, the comic was accepted.  Repeated efforts did not work on any of these below.  

Mine will be the first set under this title.  Maybe that has something to do with it?

The database will not accept the following certification numbers:  

0930843004  Outsiders 4 CGC 9.8

0930843005 Outsiders 5 CGC 9.8

0930843008  Outsiders 8 CGC 9.8

0930843012  Outsiders 12 CGC 9.8

0930843013  Outsiders 13 CGC 9.8

0930843014  Outsiders 14 CGC 9.8

0930844004  Outsiders 19 CGC 9.8

0930842006  Outsiders Special 1 CGC 9.8

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, and add these issues to the JMosesOutsiders set.

I think you are just encountering some Sunday night maintenance by CGC. Try again tomorrow.

Hey Peter. This problem was fixed for me last year. Thanks for the offer though.
