I was thinking 4.5 because the bottom staple and at least the 1st wrap both look detached...careful with this one, my friend...

Looked it over again. If the staple is detached, Artboy is correct, you would be at a 3.0. So if it's still slightly hanging on, you would be at a 3.5/4.0. So if it is attached I wouldn't risk it breaking free. If it's detached already, you have nothing to gain. Still has good eye appeal.
